Take Time Off To stretch 抽空学点伸展运动

When you are doing your homework, it is good to stop every 45 minutes to do some stretching exercise. These exercises can help to release muscle tension. (这种运动能够帮你放松紧张的肌肉。)
 
Shoulder Shrugs 耸肩
As a starting position, sit in a chair with your back straight. Keep your eyes looking straight ahead and shoulders relaxed. (背部伸直,眼睛直视前方,肩膀放松)
Bring your shoulders to your ears and hold that position. (保持姿势)
Push your shoulders towars the floor and hold that position.
 
Neck Rotation 转脖子
Sit in a chair with your back straight. Keep your eyes looking straight ahead and your shoulders relaxed.
Rotate your neck to the right, looking to the side and hold the stretch there.
Return to the starting position.
Then rotate your neck to the left, looking to the side and hold the stretch there.
 
Forward Extensions of the Arms 向前伸展胳膊
This exercise is done standing. Stand with feet apart(双腿分开), about shoulder width. Keep your back straight and relaxed. Eyes looking to the front. Both neck and shoulders relaxed.
Clasp your hands in front of you and bring your arms to shoulder height. (双手紧握) Remeber to keep your posture relaxed and straight. Do not hunch! (不要驼背)
While still clasping your fingers, turn and push your hands outwards so that your fingers point away from the body. (双手保持十指相扣,转身,把手向外推出去,让你的手指向外尽量伸展)
Repeat each stretch exercise 3 times.
