There once was a king who called for the spring
从前有位国王 他盼望着春天会到來
For his world was still covered in snow
因为他的国土已长久被冰雪所覆盖
But the spring had not been, for he was wicked and mean
然而 春天总是迟迟 因他之邪恶与残暴
In his winter fields nothing would grow
在他冰冻的领土上 万物不生

And when a traveler called seeking help at the door
这时一位旅人來到城门外
Only food and a bed for the night
乞求一点食物和一张安眠的床
He ordered his slave to turn her away
国王命令仆役将她赶走
The girl with April in her eyes
那是一个眼中有着四月的女孩

Oh oh on and on she goes
女孩继续向前流浪
Through the winter's night, the wild wind and the snow
走过严寒的冬夜 忍受着刺骨的冷风和冰雪
